A 53-year-old woman was seen by Dr. B, a urogyn specialist.
A surgery was scheduled, although court records did not provide any further details.
The patient was allegedly given propofol, midazolam and fentanyl during the procedure.
She was cared for by Dr. K (anesthesiologist) and Mrs. N (CRNA).

It appears that she was given paralytic prematurely or accidentally, without recognition for a prolonged period of time.
