A 48 year old woman underwent a total hip arthroplasty under a spinal anesthetic.
In pre-op she had a conversation with the anesthesiologist about her concerns.

After a successful spinal block she claims the anesthesiologist, performing solo anesthesia, left her alone in the OR.
She claims she was awake for the operation.

She continues to describe this as a traumatic experience for her.


She claims to have emotional damage and PTSD.
